IS THIS THE BEST BAKERY IN COLORADO?   Baked in Telluride has rebuilt following the catastrophic fire of February, 2009. We re-opened with customers waiting for the doors to open at 5:30 AM June 12, 2011. Almost all of the menu has been restored, including our famous bagels, donuts, cookies, sandwiches and salads. Profuse thanks are due to so many who were essential in rebuilding, especially property owners the Estate and Family of the late Joseph T. Zoline. Camels Garden partners, provided essential bridge financing. Community Banks of Colorado and Region 10 economic development provided long term financing. The Town of Telluride was as helpful as can be and Bone Construction and many subcontractors worked diligently to complete the project in a scant 9 months. Special thanks also go to office manager Becky Small and maintenance staffer Bob Small who oversaw the complex insurance work.
